To begin the process, you will complete an onboarding week. This will involve an in-depth exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle questionnaire. This information will allow me to identify the specific problems that you need to focus on.
Step 2: Male Muscle and Strength Building Program

Using the information from the questionnaire, I will design your bespoke training program. The plan will be based on your training age, goals, and gym experience. The aim will be to get you stronger and build muscle. But while also taking you from a newbie to confident in the gym.
Step 3: Fat Loss and Muscle Building Nutrition Program

You will complete a two-week dietary assessment, during which I will analyze your calorie and macronutrient intake, eating behaviours, and lifestyle. I will craft a nutrition plan tailored to your needs using this information. The focus will be achieving your weight loss goal as soon as possible while ensuring you don’t ‘fall off the wagon.’
